When I’m on holiday I always bring a white bikini with me because you can wear it for many occasions like the beach, yachting or lounging by the pool. I hear you thinking “uhm… white is not the best color for every skin tone”. Well, that’s not exactly true but you need to make sure you’ll wear it towards the end of your holiday when you gave yourself enough time in the sun! Because yes, a white bikini will only look good on a tanned skin to be very honest… IMG_5591Steel the show with this halter swimsuit from Asos. From the front side it looks actually like a bikini but from the back side you will see it’s a swimsuit indeed. May not be perfect to prevent tanlines but ideal for lounging poolside. This is typically a swimsuit for relaxing and look pretty all day.

Personally I love to combine white and gold together and this swimsuit gives you the perfect reason to wear a bodychain. The one I’m wearing is from Precious D and is from 14K yellow gold so you can swim with it as often as you’d like and it still will look good. But white is an easy color so you can wear whatever jewellry you like.

This Ondademar bandeau bikini has metallic central hardware for a luxurious feeling and light removable padding. What I love about these solid Ondademar bikinis is that you can choose the bottom from different styles (think string, hipster, low rise and much more) and mix this with all tops. Here I’m wearing a latin fit low rise bottom. The quality of these bikinis is very good because I have this one for a couple of years now and it still looks good.

So before adding more print and color block bikinis to your collection, make sure it features basics such as black and white. Find your own perfect style! XOXO IMG_5425
