Pitusa beach dresses | My Bikini MusthavesWhen I went to Curacao last December I brought 36 bikinis and bathing suits with me. I quickly came to the conclusion that I had more swimsuits than clothing and I even had to put a couple of bikinis in my boyfriend’s suitcase. I had planned three photo shoots with a professional photographer and the rest I would shoot myself (read: my friends) when I went to the beach or chilled at the pool. But then I realized that I hardly had any beach dresses to show! That’s when Pitusa came to the rescue.

Pitusa does what it knows best: designing comfortable and stylish dresses that are so versatile, you can literally wear them all day. When I was on Curacao these Pitusa dresses were probably the first thing that popped in my mind when I was questioning what  I would wear that day. My boyfriend made fun of me and said that I could survive with just a few bikinis and a Pitusa dress lol! Well, there’s some truth in it I’m afraid…Pitusa beach dresses | My Bikini MusthavesPitusa beach dresses | My Bikini Musthaves

Pitusa combines all the best things in one dress

Pitusa was started by Clara Largo in 2010 with the hope of providing affordable, comfortable and colorful resort wear for all women. The first, and most successful design was the Inca Abaya dress and this signature dress is still in the collection today.  Besides dresses, Pitusa has now taken off into a lifestyle brand with a variety of kaftans, everyday lounge wear, accessories and soon children’s wear and home accessories. A little bird even told me that they will be introducing a Winter collection for the first time this year! Shh,  you don’t have it from me!

Every Pitusa piece is designed by Clara herself and carefully manufactured in Peru under fair trade working conditions. The combination of high-quality fabrics, bold colors and effortless comfort is why this brand makes it to my favorites list.  And, well I have to be honest, the fact that these dresses are very affordable is also a major factor! The nude Aegean dress I’m wearing in the images above sells at $96 and the short version is $84. That’s not a lot for a dress that’s basically your whole holiday wardrobe :)Pitusa beach dresses | My Bikini MusthavesPitusa beach dresses | My Bikini MusthavesBuy this dress here

Available for women of all ages, shapes and sizes to wear at any place and time! Whether you’re at the beach, out for drinks, or like me, running from shoot to shoot, Pitusa is your go-to brand for lovely dresses. Their new Spring collection will be launched mid-March and all I can say is, keep them must-haves coming Clara!

Love, Gala
