Ark Swimwear review | My Bikini MusthavesLast year I published a blog post about the 10 best minimalist swimwear brands from Australia and –no surprise- it was the best-read post of 2017. Thanks to Instagram, the rise of the minimalist swimsuits exploded massively last year. One of the brands that perfectly understand the game of ‘less is more’ is Ark Swimwear.Ark Swimwear review | My Bikini Musthaves

Ark Swimwear review | My Bikini MusthavesThis basic swimwear range has an extremely flattering fit. And I think the main reason for this is that most styles are completely seamless. The bikini tops have no padding or underwire –not ideal for every breast size- but I see this a lot with Australian bikini brands when I think about it. For me this is not a problem if I’m honest because I have a small breast size anyways.

But what I like most about Ark Swimwear? Their affordable prices!

But a major bonus point for me is that all the Ark Swimwear bikinis are very well priced at AU$120 for a bikini set. Which is about $90 and they offer free worldwide shipping. Not bad huh? I know I’m not wearing a lot of fabric in these images but looking at the fit and quality of the pieces I can only say: these ladies behind this brand know what they are doing.Ark Swimwear review | My Bikini MusthavesBralette top & Cheeky’s bottom in Black

Ark Swimwear review | My Bikini MusthavesBabes, please know that sizing runs small (like a lot of Australian swimwear brands) and I would strongly suggest to order one size up. I’m wearing a size S for tops and M for bottoms. But I think the black top is a little bit too small, what do you think?

Go check out their website or Instagram page because they just released their newest style: a super cute crop top! I’m already obsessing over it and can’t wait to rock it on the beach. Let me know which of these bikinis is your favorite, Rust or Black? I still can’t decide!
